Shapiro Regarding COVID PHE Ending</span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: pre-wrap;">&nbsp;</p><p style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: pre-wrap;">Working in collaboration, PPA, NACDS and NCPA jointly submitted a letter to Governor Josh Shapiro to relay pharmacy concerns as the COIVD PHE ends May 2023. The letter urges his administration to pursue needed policy changes to permanently maintain the allowances authorized by the federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) to ensure that patients continue to have access to pharmacy care in our state.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
